Exercise is not a age question.

We all get older, whether we like it or not. But everyone should be aware that Lifestyle and, above all, exercise are essential factors for successful aging. So we have a choice! Either you choose sedentary aging including health risks and everyday restrictions, or you get up, stay active and saves the accusations of not having lived life. Our definition of health is fitness at all ages. We achieve this by constantly practicing various functional movements with an appropriate intensity. We get mobility, stability and not only extend our time, but can also enjoy life in full breath!
