Kids is a fun and engaging format of physical activity for children ages 6 to 11 and teenagers ages 12 to 17. The goal is to establish a relationship with conscious exercise and nutrition, to awaken the desire to be fit and to live long lives. We offer the opportunity to recognize movement deficits, obesity and decisions about poor lifestyles at an early stage and instead write success stories. Learning content on life skills such as persistence, work ability, responsibility and recognition as well as empathy are the order of the day here. The lessons are based on age-appropriate basics and prepare for the unpredictable. It is therefore possible for us to achieve goals without causing boredom!
