Introduction class is ideal for a trial training session and especially valuable for our newbies. Every saturday you learn systematically, all basic movements from gymnastics, weightlifting and various other disciplines. In addition, this training session includes dynamic warmup, improvements in mobility and body awareness. Register now, here is no previous knowledge or a certain fitness level required. The only thing you need are sports clothes, shoes, some water and a good mood. You are welcome!
